Monday Player Development Centre

Individual Development. Group Environment. Clear Progression.

The DMC Monday Player Development Centre is designed to provide players with an additional opportunity to focus on their individual development outside of their regular team environment.

Sessions are built around developing the individual player, with a strong focus on technical ability, decision making, confidence and understanding of the game.

Players work within age-specific groups, allowing our coaches to deliver focused, challenging sessions that are appropriate to each stage of development.

The programme is open to both DMC FC players and players from outside of DMC, meaning any player looking for additional development can access the programme.

Our aim is to give every player the opportunity to identify areas for improvement, develop their strengths and continue progressing towards their individual potential.

Who Can Attend?

The Monday Player Development Centre is open to all players, regardless of whether they currently play for DMC FC.

Whether you’re part of a DMC FC team or play for another grassroots club/Academy, the programme provides an opportunity to access additional high-quality coaching and continue your individual development.
