Individual Development. Academy Standards.

DMC Small Group Development provides players with an additional, high-quality training environment focused on individual development and long-term progression.

Delivered throughout the week by our team of experienced and qualified coaches, our sessions are designed around the needs of the individual player. Smaller group sizes allow our coaches to provide greater attention, more repetition and detailed feedback throughout each session.

Our approach is centred around developing the complete player — combining technical ability, tactical understanding, physical development and confidence within the game.

Technical Development

Ball mastery, receiving, passing, finishing, 1v1 ability and technical execution under pressure.

Tactical Development

Decision making, positioning, movement, combination play and understanding how to apply technical ability within the game.

Physical Development

Agility, coordination, speed, movement quality and developing the physical qualities required to perform effectively.

Mental & Personal Development

Confidence, resilience, concentration, creativity and developing the ability to make positive decisions under pressure.

Individualised Coaching

The advantage of a small group environment is the level of attention each player receives.

Our coaches observe, assess and provide individual feedback throughout the session, identifying areas of strength and areas that require further development.

Players are challenged according to their current level and development needs, creating an environment where they can make progress at the appropriate rate.

Our Small Group Development programme is designed to complement a player’s existing club or academy football, providing additional opportunities to train, develop and apply new skills within a focused environment.

With a wide range of sessions available across the week, players can access additional development opportunities around their existing football commitments.
