Competitive Football. Player Development. The DMC Way.
Established in 2023, DMC FC was created to give aspiring young footballers the opportunity to develop, compete and progress within a positive, ambitious football environment.
From our first teams, DMC FC has grown into a developing grassroots football club, now providing teams from U5 through to U12.
Our aim is simple: to create an environment where players can enjoy competitive football while continuing to develop their technical ability, confidence, understanding and character.
A Club Built Around Development
At DMC FC, development comes first.
We want our players to be challenged through competitive football, learn from every experience and develop the qualities needed to perform at the next level.
Our teams compete across a range of leagues and competitions, including:
- Walsall Junior Youth League
- Midland Junior Premier League
- Junior Premier League
- Stourbridge Youth Football League
- Staffordshire Girls & Ladies Football League
- European football events, with selected groups representing DMC FC internationally
This gives our players exposure to different levels of competition, environments and challenges throughout their journey.
More Than Just A Football Team
DMC FC is an important part of The DMC Pathway.
Players can begin their journey through Kicks & Tricks, progress into DMC FC and continue accessing the wider DMC development environment through 1:1 coaching, Player Development Centres, Technical Clinics, Goalkeeper Development and specialist programmes.
This means our players aren’t simply joining a team.
They’re becoming part of a wider development environment designed around the individual player.

Since establishing DMC FC, our ambition has always been to create opportunities for players to progress.
With 70+ players signed to professional clubs through the wider DMC pathway, we understand the importance of creating the right environment, standards and opportunities for players who aspire to go further.
For us, success isn’t only measured by trophies.
It’s measured by player development, progression, confidence and the next step.
