From One Session To A Development Pathway.

DMC was built with a simple belief:
Every player deserves the opportunity to develop.

What started as a small private coaching operation has grown into one of the Midlands’ go-to destinations for private football development.

Our focus has always been on the individual player — helping them improve their ability, build confidence and develop the standards required to progress.

Today, DMC supports 400+ players every week across private coaching, development programmes, grassroots football and specialist training.

More Than Just Coaching

We provide a pathway for players of all abilities and ambitions.

From their first steps through Kicks & Tricks, to development centres, 1:1 coaching, technical clinics, specialist programmes and DMC FC, our aim is to provide players with opportunities to keep developing at every stage.

Our pathway has already seen 100+ players progress from our Discovery Programme into DMC FC, with 70+ players going on to sign for professional football clubs.

We are also proud to be an Official Partner Club of Aston Villa FC, alongside the relationships we have built throughout the professional game.

But our biggest measure of success isn’t the numbers.

It’s the players who improve, gain confidence, reach new levels and take their next step.

That’s what DMC is built around.
